Deposit & Payment For The Crop
A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required at time of registration. The balance of your retreat fee (minus hotel room) is due 30 days prior to the event date. Any registrations received after that date but prior to the event date must be accompanied with your payment in full (minus hotel room).  Registration is non-transferable.

Hotel Payment

Hotel rooms will be reserved with your credit card. You will contact the hotel directly to make your reservation. We will provide you with the phone number after you register for the retreat. Your credit card will not be charged. Payment for your room will not be required for your hotel room until check out on Sunday. If you are sharing a room with others, one member of your group will need to
provide a credit card to reserve your hotel room.

Payment Plan
We are planning our retreat early so you will have plenty of time to plan ahead. We also want to make this retreat affordable and easy to pay for. If you would like to pay monthly payments toward your retreat, you may do so. We don't remind you that payments are due, you just send in payments as you wish.  Payment plans must be paid by cash or check. If you are interested in the payment plan option, simply email me so I know to expect several payments over time.  My email address is
